The identity design for a new-age integrated content originating, owning and distributing media production house launched by Deepika Padukone. Project done for Spring Marketing Capital.
The word 'ka' means vital energy that has no permanent form. And this was also Deepika's vision for her production house that would continuously evolve and take up different shapes and projects and be an experimental art space.
This lead us to design a type mark with soft organic corners along with a simple & minimal letterforms. The elevated usage of the word 'productions' was to re-emphasise the dynamism of the brand.
The production house went live in 2020 with the release of Deepika's maiden Bollywood production Chhapaak, based on a true story. And to date, Ka Production works on creating and experimenting with visual media.
